Conscious Learning Solutions Empower Change;

An Intentional Business Partner

What Are Your Business Goals?

Intentional L&D takes your goals into account.  We seek to understand where the true need lies, and how to get from where you are to where you want to be!  More than reactive eLearning; we partner with you, proactively.  Intentional L&D wants to know your organization's goals and will examine what your workforce needs.  We will design learning solutions that: close skill gaps, develop people/cultures/organizations, transfer knowledge, & impact results.

Who Are Your Business Partners?

Intentional Learning & Development is uniquely positioned for providing customized solutions and learning strategies to help you achieve your business & learning goals.  Our wealth of varied knowledge & experience—both breadth & depth—brings a strategic partner with an established track record to add value when an organization has rapidly changing needs.

What Size Is Your Organization?

We work across industries and sectors.  From Fortune 500 organizations with a large learning team, start-ups with a few key players, to entrepreneurs with a boot-strapping spirit, Intentional Learning & Development is the conscious solution for impacting change.  We provide intentional learning, intentional development, and intentional results that benefit organizations of all sizes.

Where Do You Integrate Your Business Systems?

Cross-sector partnerships allow Intentional L&D to pair real-world understanding with best practices that dissolve industry silos and apply strategic, intentional approaches where they are most effective.  We understand how organizations function, appreciate the ways in which each role serves an integral part of the larger business goal, & recognize the value of what it means to be on the front line, in the C-suite, or managing the day-to-day goals.  We work with systems, we work with people, & we help to improve performance.

How Do You Create Transformative Change?

Our team realizes that learning doesn’t happen in a vacuum, that organizational goals matter, & that you must grasp the function of the role & design with the learner in mind to create effective learning & transformative change.  Strong in expediting a task analysis & discovering role capability models, we expedite the process & conserve resources.  We know that not all training is alike; we design, develop, & deliver learning based on the modality or blended learning approach that is right for the learner & delivers results for the business.

What is Your Commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging?

Intentional Learning & Development is not your typical learning designer.  Intentional L&D is a woman and LGBTQ+ owned business, by a first generation college graduate, and daughter of an immigrant. As a learning strategist, I have studied learning from before the cradle to beyond the career; there's a common theme that rings true throughout: High quality learning experiences are a platform for equity.  From early childhood to adult learning, this remains.  It may look different at each stage, but from that depth of understanding of how we learn— as well as how learning opportunities affect our communities, our workforce, and our economy— I approach Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Justice from a holistic and system level.

So, what does it look like to tackle DEI&B from a system level?  Well, it looks a little something like this:
